The Fluctuation of 1962 in Business Adventures

reading through this interest 1962 fluctuation in the book Business Adventure: Twelve Classic Tales from the World of Wall Street.

I love the last quote
"it is foolish to think that you can withdraw from the Exchange after you have tasted the sweetness of the honey."

http://www.nbcnews.com/id/37740147/ns/business-stocks_and_economy/t/historic-bear-markets/#.Wts8ItOuxmA
economy expanded, but the Bay of Pigs attack of April 1961 and Cuban Missile Crisis of October 1962 sparked Cold War jitters and a brief bear market.
S&P 500 high: 72.64
Low: 52.32
Loss: 28.0 percent
Duration: 6 months

What surprise me is the same situation right this year we have with 1962.
North Node is deviated from the mid point of Leo.
What else, South Node met Saturn.
Also, Jupiter trine with Neptune and opposite with Pluto.

reMarkable could potentially the carriers platform for kindle and kobo books

What I think of the reMarkable after using for several months ...
  1. Great writing and drawing experiences ... super!
  2. The battery drain quite easily compared to kindle or kobo. I am quite surprised why ... is it because of OS or CPU clock?
  3. Since it's independent of the on-line book stores, it should cooperate with online book stores to setup app in the reMarkable. Right now, I got to take all kobo, kindle and reMarkable with me on tour. But reMarkable got the potential to bring it all together for it's the stand along 3rd party.
  4. The reading experience could enhance a lot. Highly recommend to bring the turn by turn by clicking on the right or left hand side of the screen instead of physical buttons. I am not sure the durability of the physical buttons as compared to my ipad 2 home key, which has showed male-function after using for 5 years. But since page turn requiring more presses, I reasonably doubt the durability.
  5. The glaring on the surface of the screen is more serious than Kindle or Kobo, maybe it's for writing purposes.
  6. The response time for PDF is far more quick than kindle and kobo, saving for adjustment to the size for it's large screen, which is great for reading essays.
