Qmote to Google Sheet log time gap

I love to use IFTTT do button to log time and automatically calculate the time lapse.  The other day while surfing around in Studio A Elite, I found a tiny little physical button ~ Qmote. Looks like I could log the time gap without turning on my iphone, dragging down the widget and then pushing the do button.  I bo it immediately without thinking twice.

Unfortunately, there's   no Qmote to google drive!  I checked the code of Do button and put it in the IF Qmote then Google Sheet ... 

Wow! lucky me, it works. 

But could someone please tell me what does the code means. Thanks!
