Basic Snowboard Class


Day 1 AM
  1. know how to drag the board upward and backward
  2. take gondola up the hill. The basic hill go down steep - flat - slow down.
  3. learn how to go down the hill with back. body up is key.  use stomach forward to lift the heel. 
  4. move the body weight and the board direction to drift the direction left and right. 
  5. pre-announce to face down the hill. 

Day 1 PM
  1. face down the hill. Two hands at the back push body forward. knees cove the foot tip, one hand grip the board front rim while another hand at the back push the body up. 
  2. body up. lift tiptoes to prevent from rush down. balance the body down the hill.
  3. move the body weight and the board direction to drift the direction left and right. 

Day 2 AM with painful caudal and sour body
  1. S
  2. face forward - standard up - drift right - move the weight to the right foot - switch the board 90 - and back forward
  3. 1, 2, 3, switch with body up, 1, 2, 3, switch with body up
  4. head always looks right hand side. do S all the way down

Day 2 PM
  1. go up the the hill top
  2. the hill: narrow curve right then wide open steep down - narrow again - wide open down ...
  3. drift while narrow and steep, do S with wide open
  4. last one: do S at the steep
