拿出 Laduree 出版的 Sucre' The Recipes 這一小撮就是 ~ 天然食材或色素(food coloring)! 馬卡龍的 Shell 本身不能加太多其他食材,會影響其發泡的結構,所以 "獨門祕方" 的可選擇性本來就不多,天然食材無法入色的,就要動用色素囉!
